Distributor

The distributor is a distributing device that distributes raw materials and solid fuels on the cross-section of the shaft kiln as required, also known as the "vertical cellar distributor". The distributor is one of the key equipment in the production of the shaft kiln.

The distributor is the key equipment on the top of the bell-less furnace, and its function is to drive and control the rotation and tilting of the distribution chute around the center line of the blast furnace to complete the different distribution requirements of the blast furnace. The distributor consists of a hopper and its transmission device, a bell and its lifting device, and a volute-shaped distributor.

The shell of the distributor mainly plays the role of sealing the gas on the top of the blast furnace, and at the same time is the support of each component of the distributor. The distributor is an important part of the furnace top equipment and bears the heavy responsibility of blast furnace distribution. The stable and efficient operation of the distributor is crucial to the production of the blast furnace.
